ELABORATION: Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours. Controlled fermentation below 28º C with autochthonous yeasts.
TASTING SHEET:
Cherry red color with garnet rim, medium layer. Clean and bright. Medium high aromatic intensity. Very pleasant nose with notes of red and black berries, blackberries, raspberries and berries. Licorice Memories. Subtle well-integrated oak touches. On the palate soft, fresh and pleasant entry. Easy mid palate thanks to a very polished and silky tannin. Length and persistence in the aftertaste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17ºC.
