  • ELABORATION: Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours. Controlled fermentation below 25º C with autochthonous yeasts.
  • AGING: 9 months in barrels in Spanish oak barrels.
  • TASTING SHEET: Clean and bright. Cherry red color with purple trim, medium-high robe.
    Medium aromatic intensity. On the nose, ripe red fruits stand out, such as strawberries, raspberries and cherries. Subtle sweet touches such as vanilla, coffee and cocoa with well-integrated aromas of oak, such as toffee in the aftertaste. In the background you can appreciate balsamic touches.
    Pleasant and balanced palate, easy on the palate, thanks to a very soft and silky tannin. Length and persistence in the aftertaste
