100% Tempranillo from vines of up to 100 years old.

PROCESS:

Strict selection of the oldest vineyards (more than 100 years old), producing 2500 kg/ha. Controlled fermentation below 28°C.

Minimum maceration of 25 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation at 22°C in new barrels.

AGEING:

10 months in the barrel. Type of oak: French, American and Eastern Europe.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

17-18°C

WINE TASTING NOTES:

Intense red in the glass with notes of ripe cherries, violets and soft oak on the nose. Full-bodied in the mouth, with intense flavours of fruit and spices all the way. Long, smooth finish, with great structure.
