PROCESS:

Handpicked selected harvest. Controlled fermentation below 28ºC.  Maceration with the skins for up to 25 days.

CRIANZA:

18 months in the barrel. 70% fine-grain American-oak barrels + 30% barrels made from fine-grain French oak.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

18ºC

WINE TASTING NOTES:

Clean and bright. Medium depth. Cherry red with a garnet edge. Intense, complex and elegant nose. Fresh and sweet red and black fruit assembled with notes of sweet spice, vanilla and roasted coffee. Light balsamic notes in the background.

The palate is fleshy and structured, with prominent but controlled tannins. Balanced in the mouth with a long finish.
